Spectators
Spectators are always welcome at our events, and it's free to watch! There is no pre-registration for spectators. At the event, you will need to sign the waiver and get a wristband. You will need to stay at least 75 feet from the course but can watch from areas surrounding the course. There isn't a grandstand, so you'd need to bring a chair if you want to sit down.
Photographers are encouraged to join us but must have a spotter when on course to ensure their safety. There is no pre-registration for photographers or spotters. At the event, you will need to sign the waiver and get a wristband. If you have a drone, you must provid a copy of the applicable FAA certification, proof of insurance coverage, and you must notify us of your plan to attend.
Ride-alongs are allowed during competition runs. A ride-along is when someone who is not driving in the competition (a spectator) gets to sit in the front passenger seat during a run. Ride-alongs are completely FREE!

- Be 18 years old or older
- Present a valid driver’s license
- Sign both the general waiver and the ride-along waiver
- The driver must also sign the ride-along waiver
- Once cleared, the ride-along participant will receive a special wristband
- When not riding in the car, all ride-along participants must stay in the spectator-approved area, which is at least 75 feet from the course (including the start and finish)
- Ride-along participants are not permitted to stand around at start
- Passengers are not allowed in the back seat at any time during the competition
