One of the perks of THSCC membership is access to the THSCC forums, online Heel and Toe as well as the “passcode” used for early event registration. Club membership runs from January through December. Usually we give 3-4 months of a grace period to give people a chance to renew for the next calendar year. After that grace period, we compare the forum membership against the official club membership list, send out email notifications, give users an additional grace period to after the email notification and then if they have still not renewed, we then disable their forum access. Earlier today we finished the final step and deactivated those who have not renewed for 2009. If you have forgotten to renew for 2009, then use the form from the main THSCC web site… http://www.thscc.com/general/forms/mem_app.pdf The form contains information on both how to join initially as well as how to renew your membership. If you feel you already have renewed for 2009 AND your forum account was deactivated, please email memberships@thscc.com to resolve your membership status.
