Well, time to do the unthinkable... I'm planning on selling my beloved '08 Mustang Bullitt. Why? Because I want one of the new '19 bullitts. Hope to make that happen near the first of next year. Car will be complete including all of the original parts, upgrades, tire trailer and wheels. Details will be coming soon and the car will be available the last week of March, need to make a final showing up at the Ponies in the Smokies show up in Sevierville, TN. If you know of anyone that might be interested in the car, let me know...

Have you thought about putting it on bringatrailer? I'm selling my E39 M5 too, so I'm doing the unthinkable too Rodney! I just started year 15 of ownership of a car I've always said I would never sell. I have one friend who is on the fence and has until this weekend to decide if our deal flies, if not I should have it on bringatrailer.com within a couple of weeks. Hope it works out as well as Brain Marks' M5 auction did.

That's an interesting thought Chuck. My car isn't stock, so that may turn off some of the purists. I actually wanted to sell it as a package deal with all of the original parts as well as the tire trailer... I'll look into it. Thanks for the lead!

Got a proposed price? I have someone at work window shopping (but that's about it, don't wanna get your hopes up).

Oh man, already being called out on selling the bullitt.... This is a very hard thing for me to do and couple that with the fact that I need to get as much as I can for my car so I can have some down payment money. Realistically, I'm swinging for about 15,500, but that's for everything. The car, all the current mods, trailer, autox tires and all the original bullitt parts. There's not many of these for sale right now and I'm surprised at well they are holding their value.

If that's well over what they are wanting to pay, that's fine. I'm in no big rush to sell, assuming I do. I don't want to face "sellers regret" again like I did selling the Cutlass....

I have a spread sheet of everything that's been done to the car should this get into some serious talks. I guess you'd like some mileage numbers. Currently sitting at 95k "gently driven" miles. ;)

BTW, just to let you know that VK is already asking about buying the hood. I have the original one to put back on...

Well, after receiving my pay increase for the year and looking at other money factors, it makes zero sense to sell this fine car. Looks you'll have to put up with me and the bullitt for another year...
