Sold It went to a good home.
Hello THSCC! The Car is still here! Very open to offers as it really needs to go!

Hey club. I'm reducing the price to $27,000. I really am hoping one of you can take this on as your next track car. Thanks, Jim

My Dad passed away a little over 4 years ago and I've really enjoyed his car, but my kids and family requirements are becoming such that I can't keep it. Garage and driveway space is becoming a premium....

With that said, I am really hoping someone in the club will buy it. I'd like to keep it in the "family" as he REALLY enjoyed his time with you guys immensely and I'd really like someone who knew the car to enjoy it next.

I'm asking $32,000 but am very partial to getting this car to a good home.
My phone is 704 221 4195 and I'm very happy to answer any questions beyond what is shown here. I'm also happy to talk about my Dad as he was one of my favorite characters.

The particulars are as follows:

Currently tilted in South Carolina.

New fuel safe fuel cell in Nov 2012
Lexan Wind Screen
DOT Wind Screen (crack in left corner)
Walnut Dashboard with AutoMeter gauges
ProShift Light (under reversed hood scoop)
FFR competition front air dam
Fresh Red top battery
Added front tubes to roll cage

Fluids used for life of care:
Mobile 1 5W30
Red Line Synthetic Transmission oil
Red Line 80W140 Differential fluid
ATE Superblue DOT 4 Brake fluid

Spare parts inluded with the car:
FFR 500# springs (2)
FFR 750# springs (2)
FFR 250# springs (2)
New set of 8 fuel injectors (still in box)
Master cylinder
Mustang Cobra front brake calipers with brackets and rebuild kits
Headlight Kit
Turn signal kit
Hawk brake pads performance
Hawk brake pads black compound

Note:
4 sets of spark plugs in hand from all previous runs.

Known issues:
The 64s are not on the car as we hit a dear that cracked the front cowl. This has all be repaired and repainted.
The permanent air conditioner doesn't work too well in the summer but is fantastic in the winter, likewise on the permanent heater. I'ts fantastic in the summer but not so good in the winter... To date no remedy has been found for this issue, of course that would require actual investigation, and as of yet neither Dad nor I have put any effort into it.

I miss seeing Don and I'd love to own this piece of THSCC history, but unfortunately it doesn't fit into my budget right now. Hope you find a new owner that will take care of the car...

But it has the right headroom for you and if you put a roundel on the front it would be perfect
