It's with a heavy heart that I'm announcing the death of the E36, recently acquired by myself from Mr. Lee Williams. It had a fight with some ice and a ditch and came out a bit worse for the wear. It's currently in my garage, and I intend to part it out. If you're interested in any parts, let me know and I can take a look to see what shape they are in. Most everything is in good shape other than the rear body panels, right side, and front right corner.

The following are available:

- Stock Wheels/Tires (conti DWS, good tread). I have 5 wheels, one has some curb rash, the other 4 are fine. One has a non matching tire (this was the spare). sold
- Race wheels/Tires 17x7.5, Z1s, no tread. sold
- Stock suspension (complete, but high milage) $100
- Stock Diff $100 x2
- Cosmos CAI $100
- Stock Exhaust $60
- Ireland Engineering SS Exhaust $250
- Engine w/ wiring harness and ecu ~180k miles, runs strong. Well maintained. $600
- Shark Injector < goes with engine
- Transmission SOLD
- Shift Linkage SOLD
- Power Steering pump
- AC Compressor
- Alternator
- Passenger seat sold
- Interior bits.
- Hood (peeling paint) $50
- Drivers side quarter panel
- Rear suspension (GC koni's/springs 525#).
- Front springs (440#).
- Front struts, minus koni shocks.
- Rotors (4 front, 2 rear). $50
- Pads (PFCs), several sets. $30
- Sparco Strut Tower Brace SOLD
- Both Doors (passenger airbag was deployed) $100 for both.
- Lots of other stuff, I'm sure.

If you have a question shoot me a PM.

:(

For the record, I wasn't behind the wheel. The driver is, however, unharmed (thankfully).

I want to pick some parts. Where are you located? I want the rear shocks and front swaybar.

OH MY! Glad to hear that no one was hurt but, OH MY!

That was a fun car for many years. It handled superbly and the drivetrain at 180K was still very strong. The clearcoat, well, that was a different story.

Jeremy, I'm really sad to hear that this has happened without you getting a chance to take it back on track. Maybe listing it on the LeMons or Chump car forums might work if the suspension isn't too far gone?

Also, if possible, I'd like to get something off of it for my memory bank.

Lee

I'm located in South Durham, near Southpoint Mall. Shoot me an email at birdmanjeremy@gmail.com and we can work out the details.

Jeremy

Started pulling the front end apart over the weekend. I have confirmed that the motor runs! It sounds great, and appears to have sustained no damage. If anyone is interested in the motor/transmission combo, or one or the other, let me know. I should have them out of the car next Tuesday.

If you're interested in pics/video of the motor running or anything else, shoot me a PM (or email, see above).

Do you have the brake parts Mitch Moore needs? I can ferry them to VIR in the morning.

Just updated the OP. Both doors and the hood are now off the car and ready to go. Passenger door airbag was deployed. No dents. Make an offer and take 'em home!
