I have an unused set of speed bleeders for an MS3, should fit both generations. $15 bucks and they are yours. I think they are model SB1010S or something. Somehow I broke the seal on one pack and lost one of the 4 covers. I think they are 10c at speedbleeders.com, but yeah.

Info on the product http://www.speedbleeder.zoovy.com/c=lNrXst9Xlr3Wk8I9eGrwlKrae/category/features/

Will these fit a lowly plain Jane 3?

I'm honestly not really sure, you can look it up on ther site, but I actually found the exact model on some MS3 forums several years back just to be sure.

Different calipers between the two models. Bleeder screws might still be the same thread, but you definitely need to double check.

Not as cheap, but using a Motive Power Bleeder makes using Speed Bleeders seem archaic.
