Site Entrance:
We will be using the front gate. Pit space here is limited, so we ask that you please pit close to your neighbor. For those of you towing, Git 'R Done in the grass, please.
Food:
Christine Allen and her team of Tarheel Chefs are providing meals, either Hamburger or Subs. Cost of the Meals are $5.
Before Driver's Meeting:
Group 1 should grid cars in Lane A and B respectively. Please grid in Lane A if you are signed up to work the following heat. If you are a two-driver car, please grid in Lane A. One-driver cars should grid in Lane B, unless they are working in the next heat.
Novices:
Git 'R to the site early! Git your cars emptied and teched. The Novice meeting is at 9:30am, so please be on time! Try to get a few course walks in before the meeting.
Letters & Numbers:
If you do not have magnetic class letters and numbers for your car, please
download and print what you need.

Be sure to bring masking or painter's tape to affix the paper letters and numbers to your car!
Registration:
Registration closes at 8:00p.m. on Thursday night. If you need to contact the registrar after this time, please email registrar@thscc.com.
If you are unable to attend the event, please unregister yourself prior to the close of registration or via email if registration has already closed. If you have paid via PayPal, you must notify the Registrars prior to the event. Refunds will not be given if you miss the event and have not notified the Registrars prior to the event!
To unregister yourself, go to the Preregistration page and...
- enter your driver's license information,
- select the event from which you want to be removed, and
- click the Delete Entry button.
Your entry will immediately be removed from the event.
Special Event Notes:
We will be allowed access to their facilities, so please be respectful while inside, and do not mess with the cars that may be located inside. There is a new manager who will most likely be onsite. Camping is not allowed here, but, if you are attending the Sat evening event, you may leave your equipment at the site overnight. The site is protected by a high voltage fence.
Don't forget to bring plenty of liquids, a hat, and sunscreen!!
