Just a reminder that the non-points, members-only event is this Sunday, November 16th only (not 2-days as originally scheduled). This event is organized a little differently to accomodate a few
special requirements and to relieve some of the duties of our regular staff!
Much like the night events, no one with regular responsibilities is
obligated to fill their regular roles.
This is an experimental joint venture with our friends in the VW Club. The events, however, will be 2 separate events. So, we've had to keep the THSCC entry limit low for this event to allow much of the afternoon for the VW Club's event. The VW Club members are not expected to work the THSCC event and THSCC members are not expected to work the VW event; however, anyone wishing to help the other club is welcome come early or stay late and to do so.
IMPORTANT POINTS:
Schedule is different from our usual one (see above).
Open to members only.
Run order to be announced at event.
Regular 2/2 4-heat split format.
Setup is happening on Saturday. |
